A lifelong love.

There was something about that first Wheaten we met at a local park. His personality, the way he played with our children, and his easy company with other dogs stayed with us.

We knew we wanted one of our own. After some searching, we found Maple—and fell in love with her sister Willow, too. Both girls came home with us.

About a year later, we found Oakland in California. A few weeks later he arrived at our local airport and became another wonderful part of our lives.

We also welcomed Emy from South Carolina. She loves playing in the yard, enjoys children, and is always ready to sit and shake hands with someone new.

I’m a wife and mom to four wonderful kids, including a child we adopted from China. Our Wheatens have brought our family so much joy, and we hope to share that happiness with other families through HoneyTree.
