I am Melissa Parker, and I am from North Alabama, and I breed Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers. I am a wife and mother to 4 beautiful children. (3 biological's and 1 adopted from China)  We met our first Wheaten at our local park as many of our families that have adopted have. We immediately fell in love with his character, the way he interacted with the kids, and the other furry friends at the park. We decided that day that we would search out a Wheaten of our own. It took a little time to find our sweet Maple, but what we didn't know was that we would also fall in love with her sister, Willow. We ended up taking both girls to our home. About a year later (with a lot of help from our kids) we wanted to add a male Wheaten to the family. It took a lot of searching, but we found Oakland in California. After a couple of weeks, we had him flown to our local airport. He has been such a blessing to our family. These three have changed our world, and we would like to share their love with your family. We adopted Emy from South Carolina and she is a bundle of personality. She loves running in the yard and playing with kids. She does not meet a stranger and loves to sit and shake hands with everyone.
